Spring Concert I

May 19th concert (Spring Concert I, east bay) will take place at Saint Joseph Basilica Church in Alameda on Sunday, 5/19 at 2:30 p.m.

PARENTS: There are baptisms at 1:00 p.m. and we have been asked to not enter the church until they have concluded, probably about 1:45 p.m. However, we can make the call time as 1:30 p.m. and ask the members to gather outside on the west or school yard side of the building, and be there to enter together with Mr. Meyer. (We will need to act quickly to set everything up and still have time for warm up and such).

CALL TIME: 1:30 p.m.

Please do not enter church while service is going on.

Boys should gather outside on the west/play yard side of the building and enter with Mr. Meyer

CONCERT TIME: 2:30 p.m.

Reception with light refreshments to follow in the fountain courtyard.
