about the ggbc
The GGBC teaches a wide repertoire, vocal skills, and knowledge of music theory and uses these skills in performances locally, nationally, and internationally. Members, representing the Bay Area's ethnic, cultural and and religious backgrounds, learn teamwork, independence, leadership, cultural appreciation. They also gain self-esteem, learn how to set priorities, make responsible decisions, relate to their peers, and to present themselves in public with grace and dignity.
Throughout the year, the GGBC may tour and, during the summer, hosts a Summer Music Camp. Find out more about handbells to the right of this page. You may also read about GGBC Director Emeritus Dr. William Ballard, by clicking here.
