about the ggbc
The GGBC teaches a wide repertoire, vocal skills, and knowledge of music theory and uses these skills in performances locally, nationally, and internationally. Members learn teamwork, independence, leadership, cultural appreciation. They also gain self-esteem, learn how to set priorities, make responsible decisions, relate to their peers, and to present themselves in public with grace and dignity.

Handbells
The GGBC owns the largest collection of handbells and chimes on the West Coast. We use these instruments to teach theory and musicianship skills. When a ringer is skilled enough, he can join one of the performing ensembles.
Our top handbell choir, the "Ringmasters" have gained an international reputation for their breathtaking performances. The group has performed on international television, PBS, and most recently, Vatican Radio (on our winter concert tour through Italy). Frequently performing for crowds of thousands, the life of a GGBC bellringer is fit for the courageous!
